Our Mission
To provide a platform for industry professionals from minority backgrounds in agriculture to share their unique journeys and challenges, inspiring listeners with their resilience and determination. By spotlighting the stories of people of color (POC) within the agricultural sector, we aim to encourage students, young adults, and society to pursue careers in agriculture despite systemic barriers. Through these narratives, we aspire to foster a more inclusive and diverse community within the industry, empowering individuals to forge their paths to success.

Sophia likes to laugh and make others around her have a good time. You’ll find her always making conversations with others.
Sophia loves her little hermanitas Daniella & Bianca. She enjoys when they create fun memories like going to Disneyland together.
About Daniela
Daniela and her familia are pictured above. La familia es lo mas importante y valioso de su vida.
Daniela is a positive person who loves to help others and is an extrovert when in good company.
Daniela and her sister Jasmine grew up raising hogs and sheep through FFA, which exposed them to develop a love for agriculture.
